For eligible returns, we provide free pickup services. Simply contact our customer care, and we'll arrange pickup from your location.

Our Return Policy

At Banaras Swaran Kala Kendra & Daughter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's everything you need to know about our return process:

  • 7-Day Return Window: You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Original Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Original Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: Original invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain intimate jewellery cannot be returned unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards and certificates
  • Items that have been altered, resized, or damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Here's how our refund process works:

Pickup & Inspection

We arrange free pickup for eligible items. Our quality team thoroughly inspects the returned product.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days using your original payment method.

Refund Completion

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • UPI: 24-48 hours
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 5-7 business days

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you might want a different size or design. Here's our exchange policy:

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Size exchanges are free of charge for eligible items
  • For exchange to a higher value product, the price difference will be charged
  • For exchange to a lower value product, the difference will be refunded
  • Product availability for exchange is subject to stock

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we're here to help:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for defective items
  • Provide clear photographs/videos of the defect
  • We offer free replacement for manufacturing defects
  • For damaged items during transit, file a claim immediately
  • Our quality team will assess and provide appropriate resolution

Important Note

For all BIS-hallmarked jewellery, please note that minor variations in gold color and weight (within BIS permissible limits) are not considered defects.
